She was born on the 29th of March, 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Gerina is the given name of her. Gerina Stevenson's parents include Mexican Alan Stevenson & Rita Stevenson. She is Mexican-American by heritage but has American nation by birth. Gerina has always been an avid sportsperson. Gerina began playing golf at the age of 15 years old. Gerina graduated from high school education through Goddard High School. As a high-school student she was the winner of at the New Mexico Golf State Tournament. She also had her volleyball skills acknowledged at the national stage. She began attending the University of Texas. She won all of the events she took part in throughout her final years. In her time at college she was awarded her Conference USA Player of The Year award and the UTEP Female Sports Athelete Award.
