Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. Many people are familiar with me via my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- the highs the lows and all in between. I moved to America with my brother and parents at the age of just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life to you, if not for my parents love dedication and hard work. Given the chance to live a better life I wanted to try my best to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. I had a plan to go to school to graduate, and then get an excellent job. Then I wanted a wife and kids. Although I was convinced that this was the ideal definition of success, life had different strategies. The job I held in 2013 was a job I hated. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I thought I wasted my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move to a new path in life I began to discover the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I have a love of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping them. My business was founded in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seven-year anniversary this year. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. To lead in my field and provide quality coaching to enable others to achieve better health and happiness through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and objectives. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. When my work was taking off, I experienced the most devastating loss in my life to datethat of losing my mom. Following an 8-year battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting at Heaven. I will never forget her, and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. If you don't realize it initially, the universe has a funny way of providing us with what we truly require. It was my mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. And I really believe I was given a second chance to live my life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware of the fact that I am living now instead of merely surviving as the person I was back in my previous. My story is made available to me so that I may share with you my experiences and thoughts. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. It is possible to accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is necessary as is regular. The health of a person is the most important wealth. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets, as dying is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
